SUMMARY:Club Auction and Potluck Event
DESCRIPTION:The Auction and Potluck is an annual event for socializing\, se
 lling and acquiring Bonsai material (plants\, pots\, tools\, stands\, book
 s\, novelties and more). The auctioneer makes it exciting and special deal
 s on Bonsai material always take place. The food is exceptionally tasty wi
 th main entrees and covered dishes brought by attendees.\nCome on down and
  bring some stuff to donate\, and you can also bid on some awesome stuff!\
 n\nThe event starts at noon and goes until ~3 (arrive on time if you have 
 items to check in and get a Bidder Number). The auction starts at 1 PM. Do
 n't forget to bring a dish to pass for the potluck meal. The club will pro
 vide some primary main dishes.\n\nAlso\, bring a chair for the auction and
  a plate with silverware to enjoy all the delicious food.\n\nCheck-in volu
 nteers arrive at 11:30 AM and get ready to help with the sales items check
 -in.
