A social gathering will feature a member auction of bonsai-related items and a shared potluck meal. Please bring a covered dish to pass for the potluck meal, and the club will provide grilled protein. Bring a chair for the auction and a plate with silverware to savor all the exquisite food.
Bring items for donation and bid on some great items.
Time: 12 Noon until (Arrive on time if you have sale items to check in and to get a Bidder Number). Auction begins at 1 PM.
Check-in Volunteers arrive at 11:30 AM and prepare for sales items check-in.
